"Urban Communities" approves the allocation of 29 plots of land in 11 new cities

The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) Board of Directors, in its meeting chaired by Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, approved the allocation of 29 plots of land in 11 new cities to establish integrated urban projects and factories as part of the authority’s efforts to increase development rates, accelerate investment in new cities, as well as provide many job opportunities from these projects.

Dr. Assem El-Gazzar added that in Badr City, 4 plots of land with an area of ​​7980.25 square meters were allocated for the establishment of commercial and administrative activities, and in Sadat City, 3 plots of land with an area of ​​302.93 acres were allocated for the establishment of a factory and agricultural activities, and in the city of Obour, 5 Plots of land with an area of ​​39.96 acres were allocated for the establishment of integrated urban projects. In the New 6th of October City, two plots of land with an area of ​​5.12 acres were allocated for the establishment of two factories, and in New Cairo, 3 plots of land with an area of ​​1.62 acres were allocated for the establishment of a commercial and administrative activities, educational and health services. In 6th of October City, two plots of land with an area of ​​12.79 acres have been allocated to establish an integrated urban activity, as well as two plots of land for the Ministry of Youth and Sports to establish a covered hall and a social club.

 In the new city of Minya, two plots of land with an area of ​​21.8 acres have been allocated to establish an integrated urban activity, and in New Obour city, 3 plots of land with an area of ​​4087 square meters have been allocated for the establishment of residential, commercial and administrative activities
