Housing Ministry to Deliver Residential Plots in West Cairo

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar has stated that the 6th of October City Development Authority will start handing over the most distinguished residential plots in the ninth district of the urban area,. El Gazzar further elaborated, in a recent ministerial statement, that the delivery date will start from October 10 until June 14, 2021. It is worth noting that New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will offer 3,098 housing plots across 11 new cities, ranging between 209 and 287 square meters, through a land lottery system from September 15 to October 15.

Egyptian ministers of electricity and housing participate in Rufiji River diversion ceremony for Tanzanian mega dam

El-Gazzar: The coalition of the "Arab Contractors" & "Elsewedi Electric" carry out the construction project of Julius Nyerere dam and hydroelectric power station A group of senior Egyptian officials attended a ceremony in Tanzania celebrating the diversion of the course of the Rufiji River in order to continue construction work on the country's awaited Julius Nyerere Hydropower Dam. The Egyptian delegation was led by Minister of Housing Assem El-Gazzar and Minister of Electricity Mohamed Shaker. The dam is part of Julius Nyerere Hydropower Station planned to have a capacity of 2,115 megawatts and produce 6,307 GWh per annum. The capacity of the dam's reservoir is 34 billion cubic meters. The ministers are accompanied by the deputy minister of foreign affairs, representatives of the Egyptian Armed Forces' Engineering Authority, and the coalition of Egyptian firms that are carrying out the project. Those are Elsewedi Electric and the Arab Contractors. That is in addition to officials from a number of Egyptian Banks. Giza General Contracting awards a new project in New Mansoura City

 Giza General Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company (GGCC) has been assigned by the New Damietta Development Authority (NDDA) to construct 55 luxurious residential buildings in New Mansoura City, according to the company’s statement.
